Our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites are Pasteurized and Filtered making them completely safe and deliciously smooth. They are Tasteless and Odorless, which allows them to be used in any cold drink such as Ice Coffee, Smoothies, Juices, Shakes, and even as Milk for kids cereals. Simply add your own desired flavor and you have a delicious protein drink - add Chocolate and it tastes just like Chocolate milk! 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites are best used in a drink without cooking, but they also make great omelets and can be used in any cooking recipe. This is because they are Real Egg Whites and not an egg white substitute!

Quick Tips!

Measuring

3 Tbsps = 1 Whole Egg

2 Tbsps = 1 Egg White

1 Cup = 26 Grams Protein

For much easier measuring and convenience, we highly recommend our Pump. A one-time purchase has a lifetime guarantee.

1 PUMP = 1oz or 1.25 Egg Whites / 3.25g of pure protein.

Want a High Protein Salad?

Take any Salad Dressing Powder Mix and simply use our Liquid Egg Whites in place of water or oil to make salad dressing. For every 4oz of liquid egg whites you use (4 PUMPS), you are adding 13g of pure protein to your salad, and it will taste GREAT!

Now you have a delicious high protein salad without any solid meat added to get your protein.

Quicker and easier to make

Coffee for Breakfast?

Every morning I like to take 8 pumps (1 Cup) of our Liquid Egg Whites, add 1/2 cup “COLD” coffee, 1/4 cup French Vanilla Fat Free Coffee Creamer, for a delicious and satisfying cold coffee in 2 minutes or less. Then I take one packet of our Sport Formula Super Multi-Vitamins under my tongue, and I am out the door feeling great until lunch. The Sport Formula Vitamins gives me energy to start my day, while the cold Egg White coffee fills me up with 26 Grams of Pure Protein and without that heavy “I just ate a big breakfast” feeling. It’s a great meal before I play golf as well.

Hope you like it as much as I do.

Quick Protein Drink Ideas

Here are some quick and easy high protein drinks with items you may already have at home. Ideas from our customers to share with you… Take one 8-ounce cup of our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites (26g Protein) and mix with any of the following for a fast meal replacement. No blender, just a shaker cup or stir.

1) Fat Free, or Sugar Free, “Liquid” Coffee Creamers make great drinks. Coffee Mate and International Delight have lots of great flavors. These are concentrated, so a 2oz serving is plenty together with 8oz of Liquid Egg Whites. You can also add 2oz of milk for a 12oz drink.

Suggested coffee creamers to use with 8oz of Liquid Egg Whites:

2oz Southern Butter Pecan. Great at bedtime.

2oz Pumpkin Pie Spice (Seasonal item, Very Good)

2oz French Vanilla or Hazelnut

2oz Chocolate Carmel (This is hard to find but very good)

2) 2 tspn Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

3) 4oz of V-8 Splash Pina Colada. Great for breakfast. Any V-8 drink goes good with our Egg Whites.

4) 4oz Sunny-D Smooth. This is more concentrated than Orange Juice. If you want to use Orange Juice, use a 50/50 split of Egg Whites and OJ. Otherwise, it taste like watered down Orange Juice.

5) Starbucks single serving bottles make great high protein cold coffee drinks. Use 4oz to 6oz of any flavor coffee, with 8oz Egg Whites, shake well.

6) You can take any coffee you like, add ice cubes for cold coffee, and add egg whites for a high protein breakfast and coffee combo (Not hot coffee unless you want poached egg coffee)

You are limited by your own imagination.
